awesome remix!

love that beautiful piano intro in the beginning ^^

the drums are really crisp.. and the whole song is decently mixed

I love the variety in structure and instruments as well.. and I absolutely went crazy over that build-up. heck yes xD

due to the length and file size, I'm guessing you uploaded this version at 128kbps? :P can you please upload a higher version of this song? that'd be so nice.

it was okay.. xD

but try and turn down the volume to avoid clipping and use a compressor to raise the volume back up :)

tons of clipping, which caused all the static problems and stuff.

I suppose you're right yeah, back when i uploaded this song i had no clue about what FL Studio could do for me, all i did was make the song.

Now that i do, i will fix the problems and reupload it!

it was good..

though there was way too much lows and too little highs.. felt like you had a high-pass filter on or something.. just really hurt my ears and thus the -2 stars ><

(might be because I have bass-heavy headphones.. but I highly doubt it)

I'm glad you liked it! No high pass filter though, I think it's just your headphones because it doesn't hurt my ears on my deep bass headphones. Oh well, thanks anyhow! God bless!

Excellent!

very excellent song overall! That being said.. the bassline got really monotonous and boring, primarily because it never changed. I kind of wish there was a bit more side-chaining.. and a more heavier bass all-in-all (with more warmth in the tone).

that being said, it's pretty good :)
EDIT: after listening to it a couple times.. it kind of just got really annoying with the same bass-line.. and no real melody :\ (docked three stars from the original ten).

Thanks for the review and your honesty, I'm glad you like it overall. Yeah with the bass I just decided "hell this is good enough" I've been somewhat disheartened by my lack of processing power recently and haven't been spending a terrible lot of time on songs beyond getting some progression and mastering down. At least you took the time to review.

this isn't club or dance music. It's more of a relaxing orchestral song, focusing more on melody and execution. In many ways, this is way better than any club or dance song I've ever heard. In my opinion, this deserves number one.. I could listen to this all day long.. as a result I'll give this a 10.. sorry if this is a pointless review.. just couldn't stand that '3'

please revisit this song!

Loved every second of it.. I was wondering how you accomplish it. How you would turn Black Eyed Pea's track, "I Gotta Feeling" into a somewhat relaxing song. And then I heard the percussion 15 seconds in. That really caught my attention. and then the song just really started to warm up. From 1:00 to the end was my favorite part in the song. I don't know if this song succeeded in creating an overall relaxed feeling, but it is in the genre I love most. The genre of hellogoodbye's songs and such.. I don't know if that's a compliment or not really, but I'm just going to say I loved this song.. please finish it.. one of the better songs I've heard on newgrounds for a while now

Thanks for taking the time to leave me a review! I really took it to heart. :) The score did start a bit low (lowest on my account at the moment) and we'll see where it goes. It does take a while to warm up though.. It reminds me of the Postal Service at parts, hehe..
